At Nivra Baby, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality products for your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 


 

 

🔹 Returns

 


Due to the hygienic nature of baby products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be in resalable condition

 


👉 For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nappies and baby products cannot be returned

 


 

 

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If you receive a product that is:

 

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

 


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

 


We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 


 

 

🔹 Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

 

 


 

 

🔹 Non-Refundable Items

 


The following items are non-refundable:

 

  • Opened or used nappies

  • Opened silicone products

  • Items not in original condition

  • Products returned after 7 days

 

 


 

 

🔹 Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

 

 


 

 

🔹 Order Cancellations

 

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible
